By registering for, subscribing to, or using the Scholars Tutorial school assessment platform (the “Platform”), you agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. This applies to all schools, staff, students, parents and administrators who access the Platform.

1. A Tool for Schools

The Platform is a tool that helps schools create, deliver, mark and report on assessments. It supports — but does not replace — the professional judgement of teachers and school leaders.

Scholars Tutorial is not an examination board and does not issue formal qualifications. The Platform is not a substitute for a school's own statutory or regulatory obligations.

2. AI-Assisted Marking & Results

Marking, grades, analytics and reports generated by the Platform — including AI-assisted marking — are provided to assist teachers and should be reviewed and approved by a qualified member of staff before results are released or relied upon.

Scholars Tutorial does not guarantee any particular grade, outcome or level of accuracy for automatically generated marks or reports.

3. Regulatory Report Formats

Where the Platform provides UAE (ADEK/KHDA/SPEA) MOE (or other regulatory) report formats, these are offered as a convenience to help schools prepare their submissions. Scholars Tutorial is not affiliated with or endorsed by any ministry, regulator or examination authority.

It remains the school's responsibility to verify that any report meets the current requirements of the relevant authority before submission.

4. Content Accuracy & Changes

We make every effort to keep Platform information and features accurate and available. However:

  • Features and information may change without notice
  • Sample data shown in demonstrations is illustrative only

Scholars Tutorial is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (software, report templates, analytics and built-in papers) are the intellectual property of Scholars Tutorial unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use, copying or redistribution is prohibited. Content uploaded by a school remains the property of that school.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scholars Tutorial will not be held liable for:

  • Decisions made solely on automatically generated marks or reports
  • Service interruptions, data loss or errors outside our reasonable control
  • The acts of third-party tools or integrations used to deliver the service

7. School & User Responsibility

Schools and users are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the data they enter and upload
  • Keeping account credentials secure and managing user access
  • Reviewing AI-assisted results before releasing them to students or parents
