Our Story

Scholars Tutorial began in 2003 with a simple belief: every learner deserves personalised, results-focused education. Over two decades of teaching, assessing and reporting on student progress, we saw first-hand how much time schools lose to fragmented tools and manual marking.

That experience became a platform — one connected system that takes a school from setting a paper, through AI-assisted marking, to progress analytics and UAE (ADEK/KHDA/SPEA) MOE statutory reporting, with a purpose-built portal for every role.

Founder & Director, Scholars Tutorial

MBA (HR), B.Com

Swapna Awar founded Scholars Tutorial in 2003 with a vision to deliver high-quality, personalised education. Over 20+ years she has guided thousands of students and worked closely with teachers on what makes assessment genuinely useful — timely, fair, and clearly reported.

Holding an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Swapna combines business insight with a deep passion for teaching. That perspective shaped the platform's design — practical for teachers, transparent for parents, and dependable for school leaders.

She continues to lead the direction of the platform, ensuring every school has the tools, structure and confidence to run assessment well and stay ready for statutory reporting.
